Most
orders from the Right Stuff One's online store are shipped
within 24 hours and arrive within 7-10 days. If they are shipped
directly from the manufacturer it may take longer. If you would
like to use a faster method of shipping, please contact us to
place your order by phone.
Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item
is incorrectly shipped or damaged. Gift returns will be credited
with a gift certificate.
Merchandised Returned
At Right Stuff One we insist on complete
satisfaction with the quality and performance of all your
product purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
please email us at

for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of
purchase and submit a copy of original sales receipt. We will
exchange, repair, or offer you a refund based on your original
payment method. (If the original purchase payment was by check,
it must clear the bank before a refund check is issued.) All you
will need to do is ship the product back to us (insure the
package if it is valued at over $100) within 30 days of
purchase.

are unable to refund shipping charges and cannot accept C.O.D.
We cannot accept returns if t he product is received more than
30 days after purchase; product is not in its original condition
and packaging; product which is damaged; or product that is
missing parts.
Returning ONE Group Organic Products
ONE Group offers an excellent 15-day money back guarantee that
begins the day the products are delivered to your home. If for
any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call
us within 14 days of receipt of your package so that we may file
a Return Authorization on your behalf with the company.
If
for some reason you cannot reach us by phone, please email ONE Group
directly at
orders@onegrp.com and include your invoice number, the
product name, the lot number on the bottom of the product, the
expiration date, and the reason for return. Please Cc: us at

on this email to ensure a seamless return process.
You
will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping charges.
*Please note that the refund will be in Australian currency and
will have to be converted to American dollars. You may incur a
small fee from your bank for this transaction.
Returns will be sent to ONE Group's warehouse in Nevada. You
will not have to ship overseas for the return.
Replacement of ONE Group Organic Products
If
for any reason the product is defective, please email or call us
within 14 days of receiving your package for free replacement of
